Terms of Service

Effective date: April 30, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of Forza, including the website, dashboard, MCP client, tool search API, hosted proxy, credits, and related services.

Using Forza

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials, API tokens, MCP configuration, and local environment secure.
  • You are responsible for prompts, search requests, tool parameters, outbound API calls, and other activity initiated through your account or MCP client.
  • You must comply with applicable laws, third-party tool terms, payment rules, rate limits, and acceptable-use requirements.
  • You may not use Forza to send spam, violate privacy rights, scrape or enrich data unlawfully, bypass access controls, attack systems, or process data you are not allowed to process.

Agent and Tool Outputs

Forza helps agents find and call third-party tools. Results, enrichments, emails, company data, outreach drafts, and other outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or using them in customer, prospect, legal, financial, employment, or regulated workflows.

Third-Party Tools

Forza may route requests to third-party APIs and services selected by your agent or account. Those providers are not controlled by Forza, and their availability, data, pricing, terms, and policies may change. You authorize Forza to transmit the request parameters needed to perform the tool operations you initiate.

Credits, Payments, and Spending Caps

  • Paid calls may consume account credits according to the tool price, estimate, settlement, or reconciliation data available for the call.
  • Spending caps and balances are controls, not guarantees. You should monitor usage and report unexpected charges promptly.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe. Unless required by law or separately agreed, purchased credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
  • We may withhold, reverse, or reconcile credits for fraud, abuse, payment failure, duplicate processing, or operational error.

Service Changes and Availability

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, tool listings, pricing, integrations, and limits. Forza is provided on an as-available basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific search rankings, successful tool calls, or permanent support for any third-party tool.

Intellectual Property

Forza, including its website, software, design, documentation, and service infrastructure, is owned by Forza or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use Forza for your internal business purposes. You retain rights in content and data you submit, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate and improve the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forza is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Forza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third-party tool failures.

Termination

You may stop using Forza at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service in a way that could harm Forza, other users, third-party providers, or the public.
